About the Film Society
The Denver Film Society has been a proponent of film and film culture. They founded the award-winning Denver Film Festival which is now in its third decade. This year, the Denver Film Festival will celebrate its 40th year!
Where to Watch
There will be screenings throughout the city of Denver including the SIE FilmCenter, the UA Denver Pavilions multiplex on the 16th Street Mall and the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. The full schedule for the Denver Film Festival was released at the end of October, so review it and plan to see your favorite featured films.
How to Buy Your Passes
Looking to attend the entire festival? A pass is a non-transferable credential worn by the pass holder that allows the bearer certain Festival privileges. Pass bearers include press, industry, and patrons. There are several different pass options that include preview parties, three preview screenings, red carpet premiers, lounge privileges, gust vouchers, concierge service, early seating, select your seats, free popcorn and more! Passes range from $300 to $3,200.
Tickets will also be available for purchase closer to the Denver Film Festival. Tickets can be picked up at the Festival Box Offices either at the Sie FIlmCenter or UA Pavilions. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Festival Box Offices.
There will be events, special screenings, panels and more that will help you understand and learn more about the great culture of film. The Denver Film Festival is one of the top promoters of cinema and is a leading festival in the Rocky Mountain Region. Since there are various locations, parking may be a challenge. Luckily, there is free parking is available for films that are at the Sie FilmCenter. Films at the UA Pavilions, there are four hours of validated parking at the underground garage in the UA Pavilions. For Red Carpet films at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, there is parking at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts garage. Street parking and pay lots are also available in other areas.
