This marvelous haven showcases works from over 60 industry partners in galleries from Alameda and 12th Avenue and near Santa Fe Drive and Kalamath Street. As you walk these pedestrian-friendly avenues, you’ll have the chance to interact with other creative minds like local artists, art collectors, cultural connoisseurs. How to Get There

If you want to stroll through the Art District on Sante Fe, there are many options to get there. You can taxi or rent on one of the bikes from Castle Marne. It’s a short trip on public transportation, so purchase a ticket on the Light Rail or the RTD bus. Or, you can explore our modern city by foot and walk down the historic Colfax Avenue towards the Art District. Whatever way you decide to travel there, you’re sure to have a wonderful time!

Each of these compelling exhibit halls showcases memorizing pieces of art such as sculptures, paintings, and photographs. While you’re there, pay a visit the Artists on Santa Fe, one of the top art galleries. In fact, the Denver Photo Art Gallery established this cooperative space and opened it under the management of the legendary photographer John Fielder. You don’t want to miss it on your visit!

Special Events

Throughout the year, there’s an artistic selection of special events, each of which is designed to enhance your experience! Perhaps the most popular permanent happening is The Santa Fe Art District First Friday Art Walks. These creative tours occur the first Friday of each month from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and feature art, music, painting. Since parking on Santa Fe First Friday can be difficult, we recommend taking the shuttle, or hailing a taxi from Castle Marne! Another wonderful event is the Third Friday Preview Nights, which is 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. every month. This extravaganza provides an opportunity to meet artists and experience the art. If you want to attend, buy your tickets early!
