Once you’ve checked into Castle Marne, why not stay for dinner too?

Served in the Castle’s Private James and Dottie Russell Formal Dining Room.  Castle Marne’s seasonal menu is provided by the personal chef, Chef Michael from Toque Blanche. He will prepare a special dining experience just for you.  

To guarantee the freshest of ingredients, the Chef will select your entree the day of your dinner. Please let our staff know if you have any dietary restrictions or choose not to eat certain foods so the Chef can personalize your meals.

Please note that the Castle does not have liquor for sale. You are welcome to bring your favorite wine or champagne; we have all the proper glassware.

Candlelight Dinner will graciously be served at 7:00 p.m.
