Castle Marne is the perfect Denver wedding venue for the small wedding of your dreams. After all, who wouldn’t want to get married in a castle? Castle Marne features three unique wedding ceremony sites and hosts weddings year-round in its downtown Denver location.

During the off-season, indoor weddings take place in the Victorian Parlour and are suited for small weddings of 25 guests or less. Indoor receptions will be held in the Peacock Dining Room and Victorian Parlour during the off-season.

Castle Marne also offers two outdoor wedding venues during the peak wedding season. The outdoor Gardens can accommodate weddings of 35 guests or fewer, while our front lawn can accommodate weddings as large as 72 guests.* All receptions are held on the North Lawn, one of the best wedding venues in Denver.

*In the event of inclement weather, outdoor ceremonies may be moved indoors to the Victorian Parlour or to the North Lawn with tents and heaters depending on guest count.

Wedding Pricing

Peak Season Packages (May 1 – Oct 31)

Full House Wedding Package:

$4950
Basic Packages include the reservation of the entire house for 1 night at Castle Marne including all 10 rooms with 12 beds. Check in is negotiable, check out at 11 a.m. the following morning. Price includes site fee for indoor and outdoor space, 10 core rooms, and In-House Wedding Coordination services for day of. Additional wedding coordination services may be added onto your package, please see coordination packages below for more details. This price is after taxes and a 10% event discount on lodging.

*Outdoor Gardens are only available during peak wedding season. All Peak Season weddings are held outside in the Gardens or the front lawn.
*Day of coordination, non-negotiable fee included in package price of $800
*Site Fee in season is $1,500 and includes use of the common rooms of the first floor, the Victorian Garden on the south side of the Castle, the front lawn and the lawns on the north side of the Castle. There is also a $300 damage deposit that will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout if no damage is incurred.

Off-Season Packages (Nov 1 – Apr 30)

Full House Wedding Package:

Basic Packages include the reservation of the entire house for 1 night at Castle Marne including all 10 rooms with 12 beds. Our eleventh room named the Lodge at Castle Marne, is an optional add on if additional lodging is needed. Check in is negotiable, check out at 11 a.m. the following morning. Price includes site fee for indoor and outdoor space, 10 core rooms, and In-House Wedding Coordination services for day of. Additional wedding coordination services may be added onto your package, please see coordination packages below for more details. This price is after taxes and a 10% event discount on lodging.

*Site Fee off season is $1,200 and includes use of the common rooms on the first floor.
*Day of coordination, non-negotiable fee included in package price of $800

There is also a $300 damage deposit that will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout if no damage is incurred. For a sit-down reception, the maximum is 20 ppl. For a stand-up reception, the maximum is 35 ppl. Whole House rental package allows more flexibility for the time of the ceremony and reception. Partial House weddings are allotted from 12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. for the ceremony and reception. Neither package includes catering.

Two Night Stay

Basic packages above include the night of the wedding, if you would like to rent out the entire house for 2 nights you will receive a 20% discount on your lodging rooms (rather than 10%).

Event Coordination Packages

We offer multiple levels of event coordination at the Castle Marne. In your package, day of coordination services are included, as well as your initial consultation with the wedding planner and 1 free hour of services. Note that the 1 hour typically gets used up in phone calls and emails. After the one hour is used there are three levels of coordination you may choose from.

*All weddings must use one of our two in-house Event Specialists. Outside event coordinators are not permitted.

Level 1 Coordination:

$800 for Day of Coordination and $100/ hour as needed
You may use the event coordinators on an “as needed” basis and payment will be $100 per hour of additional hours you need for coordinating. The day of coordination fee included in the package price will still apply to this package.

Level 2 Coordination:

$2,500
This package is all inclusive, you get a wedding coordinator to plan your whole event start to finish with you and their help in arranging all meetings and vendors. Note; $800 day of coordination fee will not be charged if you purchase this package.

Wedding Promotions and Specials

Castle Marne is proud to extend military discounts on the overnight rooms in the wedding packages to all active and retired US Military personnel. When you call to discuss your big day let us know you’ve served in the armed services and we will be happy to adjust your package quote.

Wedding Policies

Cancellation: Should you need to cancel for any reason, the following policy applies. For all weddings and events canceled 3 weeks or greater in advance a 50% refund will be issued. For weddings canceled less than 3 weeks but over 1 week will be handled on a case by case basis. Weddings canceled 7 days or less in advance receive no refund.

Decorations: Any event that is bringing in their own decor CANNOT bring any items that will shed glitter. This includes ribbon, confetti, balloons, centerpieces, and more. Confetti that is smaller than the size of rose petals are also not allowed due to the difficulty to clean them up after the event. Silk rose petals are accepted, while real rose petals are not allowed due to the stains they leave behind.
